About Us
Hi, I'm Joseph Ricci, co-owner of RoofMasters603.
I was born and raised in Massachusetts, but New Hampshire is home now. I've got 30 years in construction under my belt – everything from small remodels to multi-million-dollar builds – and I've learned one thing that never changes: the job isn't done until every detail is perfect.
That's exactly why Shaun and I started RoofMasters603. We were fed up with the shortcuts we kept seeing on roofs around the 603, so we decided to do it our way. Every roof we touch gets treated like it's going over our own families' heads – perfect shingle alignment, ice & water shield done right, flashing and valleys that will never leak, and a yard that looks better when we leave than when we showed up.
I've owned and built several successful businesses over the years, but this one is different. This one's about taking care of our neighbors and putting on roofs that can handle real New Hampshire winters without a single worry.

Hi, I'm Shaun MacLennan, co-owner of RoofMasters603.
I was born and raised right here in New Hampshire. I've spent the last 25 years in construction, working on homes across the state and learning exactly what it takes to build a roof that stands up to everything the 603 can throw at it. This year, in 2025, my partner and I decided it was time to do things our own way, so we started RoofMasters603. We focus on one thing: giving local homeowners roofs they can count on for decades — no shortcuts, no surprises.
We're a true partnership built on the same values: obsessive attention to detail, doing the job right the first time, and treating every house like it belongs to family. From perfect shingle alignment, ice & water shield, to chimneys flashed so well you'll never see a leak, we're the kind of crew that still takes pride in the little things most companies gave up on years ago.
